Terms of Service

General

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service listed below

  • I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason, such as: No communication, rude behavior, or Life Issues

  • You confirm that you are of the age 18 of older with ownership or permission to use the funds needed for the commission

  • You understand that I (ChaseInfinity) retain the ownership rights to any works of art that are created, and therefore, you do not have permission to resell or produce merchandise off commissioned work without speaking to ChaseInfinity first

  • You CANNOT mint your commission or use it for AT Training, Trace your commission, Claim it is your own creation, edit out a signature

  • Your Commission is for personal use only

Pricing

  • Payment is made in USD through Paypal

  • Payment will be accepted either upfront or after the sketch phase, at my own discretion

  • Refund can ONLY be requested up to sketch phase

  • I have the right to refuse any commission idea that I am not comfortable drawing

  • The Art cannot be refunded after the commission is complete

  • Upon receiving the commission, the buyer has permission to post it on their respective social media WITH credit

  • A refund will be permitted if i cannot complete the commission for personal reasons
